A newly launched official website revealed on Wednesday that Go with the Clouds, North by Northwest, the manga by Aki Irie, is set to receive a television anime adaptation.

Go with the Clouds, North by Northwest is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Aki Irie. It originally began serialization in Harta before transitioning to Aokishi after the magazine launched in April 2021. As of February 2024, the series has been compiled into seven collected volumes.
The story follows Kei Miyama, a Japanese teenager living in Iceland with his grandfather. He works as a private investigator and possesses a unique supernatural ability that allows him to communicate with machines. As Kei takes on cases for various clients—often involving tracking down missing individuals—he becomes entangled in a larger, more troubling mystery centered around his younger brother, Michitaka. While Michitaka appears gentle and charming on the surface, he conceals a far darker nature and is currently being pursued by the police.
