Fire Force anime‘s official website unveiled the new preview, and synopsis for the 3rd season’s ongoing 2nd part’s upcoming episode 2.
Synopsis for the episode is as following:
“Hearing that the sixth and seventh giant pillars have appeared at the same time, the Special Fire Fighters head out to battle. They enlist the help of Haijima and the Imperial Army to deal with the situation, but dealing with two at once is difficult and they end up short-handed. Then, Benimaru witnesses a certain “Flame Beast” floating near the seventh pillar…”
Release date for Fire Force season 3 part 2 episode 2!
Fire Force season 3 part 2 episode 2 will go live on January 16, 2026.
Opening theme “Ignis” will be performed by Takanori Nishikawa.
Survive Said the Prophet will perform the ending theme song “Speak of the Devil.”
Hōchū Ōtsuka will voice the character Hibachi Shinmon

Fire Force is a Japanese manga crafted by writer and artist Atsushi Ohkubo. It ran in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine from September 2015 until February 2022, compiled into 34 tankōbon volumes. Kodansha USA holds the license for its English release in North America. As of May 2022, the Fire Force manga had surpassed 20 million copies in circulation.
The story centers on a young pyrokinetic who enlists in a specialized unit tasked with battling fiery monsters endangering Tokyo, the last standing city in a world devastated by a massive blaze. The manga shares ties with Ohkubo’s earlier work, Soul Eater.
An anime adaptation by David Production aired its first season from July to December 2019, followed by a second season from July to December 2020.
