Daemons of the Shadow Realm Episode 5 Preview Images & Synopsis Released

Daemons of the Shadow Realm anime‘s official website unveiled the preview images and synopsis for the upcoming episode 5.

The synopsis is as following:

“Following the scent of Asa’s blood, Yuru and his daemons Right and Left literally fly across the nighttime city center. They arrive at a deserted warehouse district, where Jin, Haruo, Akio, and their Tsugai (paired daemons) are waiting.

Yuru falls into Jin’s trap and is captured, but with his unique bond of trust and perfect coordination with Right and Left, he manages to fight his way through the fierce battle.

What Yuru demands from the Kagemori family is: “Bring Asa here—I want to talk to her.”

Asa is thrown off balance by this unexpectedly early reunion with her brother. As they head toward the Kagemori residence, what is Yuru thinking…?”

Daemons of the Shadow Realm anime went live on April 4, 2026.

Opening theme song (for the anime’s first half) “Tobu Toki” (Time to Fly) will be performed by Vaundy and ending theme song “Tobō yo” (Let’s Fly) will be performed by yama.

Daemons of the Shadow Realm is a manga series originating from Japan, authored and illustrated by Hiromu Arakawa. Serialization of the title kicked off in Square Enix’s shōnen anthology Monthly Shōnen Gangan back in December 2021.
