Synopsis for Gachiakuta episode 2:
“Falsely accused of killing his foster parent Regto, Rudo is cast down into the Abyss, a place where waste and criminals are discarded. Struggling to breathe in the polluted air, he is attacked by a patchwork beast born from garbage and finds himself in a desperate situation. At that moment, a man named Enjin appears before him.“
Gachiakuta anime premiered on July 6, 2025 on CBC, TBS, and 26 different channels.

Gachiakuta is a Japanese manga series created by Kei Urana. It started serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in February 2022. As of June 2025, the series has been compiled into 15 tankōbon volumes, collecting its serialized chapters.
