Akane-banashi Rakugo anime’s official website unveiled the preview images and synopsis for the up and coming episode 6.
Synopsis for the episode is as following:
“The student rakugo championship, the “Karaku Cup.” When Akane learns that Aragawa Issei will be the head judge this year, she asks Shiguma if she can participate in the Karaku Cup. The condition Shiguma gives her is to “win with ‘Jugemu’.” Faced with the difficulty of winning with a story everyone knows, Akane, along with Guriko, tries to seek guidance from Aragawa Koguma, the “terakoya” (private school) of Shiguma’s rakugo school, who is very knowledgeable about rakugo…”
The opening theme song “HITOTARASHI” is performed by Kuwata Keisuke.
