Antiquarian Bookshop Biblia Case Files is a Japanese light novel series authored by En Mikami and illustrated by Hagu Koshijima. It was first published in March 2011 by ASCII Media Works under its Media Works Bunko label, with a total of eleven volumes released. The series has since inspired three separate manga adaptations, along with a television drama and a live-action film.
The story centers on the reserved and introverted Shinokawa Shioriko, who has a deep love for books and a talent for unraveling mysteries. She encounters a young man named Daisuke, who avoided reading while growing up due to a “phobia.” He brings with him a complete, autographed collection of works by Natsume Soseki, a writer from the Meiji era. Together, they begin uncovering the hidden secrets and mysteries contained within those books.
