Kamiina Botan, Her Drunken Appearance Like a Lily Flower is a Japanese manga created by writer and artist Hey. The series has been running on Akita Shoten’s Champion Cross online platform since March 2019. As of August 2024, it has been collected into five tankōbon volumes. A television anime adaptation, produced by Soigne, is scheduled to begin airing in April 2026.
The story centers on Botan Kamiina, a college student residing in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture. Her journey into drinking starts when she meets Ibuki Tonami, the leader of her dormitory. Ibuki struggles with consuming alcohol in front of others, but she soon forms a close bond with Botan, and the two become regular drinking companions. As someone new to alcohol, Botan dedicates her time to exploring and sampling various types of drinks, often leading to amusing and heartfelt moments between the pair.
