Hotel Inhumans anime‘s official website unveiled a brand new key visual for the 2nd season that confirms October 2026 release date.
Staff of the anime includes:

Hotel Inhumans is a Japanese manga series created and drawn by Ao Tajima. The work appeared serially on Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry digital platform starting in June 2021 and concluding in August 2025, with its chapters gathered into 12 tankōbon editions.
Hutel Inhumans season 1, animated by Bridge, was broadcast between July and September 2025.
