Ingoku Danchi anime‘s official website unveiled a brand new key visual for the up and coming anime that confirms April 2026 release date.
The main cast includes:
- Aika Wakuno as Yoshida
- Kana Yuk as Katagiri, Kanzaki, Goda, Watanabe, Mizutani, Ikayama, Ichinose, Sakakura, Sanamori, and Shikijo
Toshikatsu Tokoro is directing the anime adaptation. Eeyo Kurosaki handles series composition and scripts, while Shingo Nishimoto serves as character designer. Ruzarin Kashiwagi is composing the soundtrack. Animation production is being handled by Elias.
Ingoku Danchi, also referred to as Perverts’ Apartment Complex, is a Japanese manga crafted by writer Kenkyūjo Sakuseki and artist Yui Jōyama. The series launched its serialization on Niconico through Fujimi Shobo’s Dra Dra Sharp platform back in January 2021, and by June 2025, it had been collected into eight tankōbon volumes.
A short-form anime TV adaptation, produced by Elias, is scheduled to debut in April 2026.
The storyline revolves around Yoshida, a recent high school graduate living as a NEET, who reluctantly steps in to manage his family’s apartment complex after his father gets injured. Trouble starts when he gets a complaint about fellow resident Watanabe, whom he views as a gentle, child-loving woman and dismisses the rumors at first. That changes during a late-night patrol when he spots Watanabe in provocative attire. She suddenly assaults him, revealing that she had put on a mysterious outfit known as Libido Cloth—discarded clothing that overrides the wearer’s mind and unleashes uncontrollable urges.
Determined to uncover the source behind the Libido Cloth, Yoshida dives deeper into the mystery while navigating chaotic encounters with the complex’s many married female tenants, whose desires are amplified by these dangerous garments.
