The new trailer confirms the anime’s April release date.

I Became a Legend After My 10 Year-Long Last Stand” is a Japanese light novel series authored by Ezogingitune, with artwork provided by DeeCHA. The story first ran on the community-driven novel site Shōsetsuka ni Narō starting in June 2018 and wrapping up in January 2021. SB Creative later took over the rights and started releasing it via their GA Novel line in February 2019. A manga version, illustrated by Chako Abeno and structured by Kitsune Tennōji, launched on Square Enix’s Manga Up! digital platform and app back in August 2019.
