Animation studio Trigger unveiled recently that Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime is officially getting a 2nd season.
Netflix will stream Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime’s 2nd season.
Staff of the anime portrays the series as following:
“It presents a new standalone 10-episode story from the world of Cyberpunk 2077— a raw chronicle of redemption and revenge.
When the world is blinded by spectacle, what extremes do you have to go to make your story matter?”
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is an anime series created by Studio Trigger and inspired by the world of Cyberpunk 2077, the video game developed by CD PROJEKT RED. The game, in turn, draws its roots from Mike Pondsmith’s original Cyberpunk tabletop role-playing game. The series premiered globally on Netflix in September 2022.
