On Monday, Bandai Namco Entertainment America broadcast a video highlighting Bleach: Rebirth of Souls, the upcoming 3D arena fighter in the Bleach series, disclosing that Ichibe Hyosube will arrive as DLC on October 28, complete with early access beginning Tuesday for those holding a season pass.
Bleach: Rebirth of Souls game was released on March 21, 2025.
Bleach Rebirth of Souls is a 2025 fighting game developed by Tamsoft and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, and PC via Steam. The Japanese rock artist MIYAVI provided the game’s main theme song “Die for Love”.
The game unfolds on a three-dimensional battlefield, though characters shift only along a two-dimensional axis. Combat incorporates a counter mechanic inspired by rock-paper-scissors dynamics, in which certain strikes overpower specific opponent actions while faltering against others. Victory comes from reducing the foe’s Konpaku (vitality) to zero, achievable via a Kikkon technique when their health hits a vulnerable threshold. Players can unleash unique abilities by spending energy from the Reishi meter, which builds during active combat.
