Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine unveiled on their 41st issue that Assassination Classroom franchise is getting an anime film titled “Assassination Classroom
the Movie: Everybody’s Time”.
The Assassination Classroom the Movie: Everybody’s Time film will premiere on March 20, 2026.

Assassination Classroom is a Japanese manga series crafted by writer and illustrator Yusei Matsui. It centers on the extraordinary daily routine of a formidable octopus-like creature serving as a junior high homeroom teacher, guiding a group of students tasked with eliminating him to save Earth from impending doom. These students, labeled as “outcasts” within their school, are educated in an isolated building, and the class under his care is known as 3-E. The manga ran in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump from July 2012 to March 2016, with its chapters compiled into twenty-one tankōbon volumes.
In North America, Viz Media secured the license for the manga’s English release. The anime adaptation is licensed by Crunchyroll, previously known as Funimation. Madman Entertainment acquired the series for digital distribution in Australia and New Zealand. An original video animation (OVA) by Brain’s Base was showcased during the Jump Super Anime Tour from October to November 2013. Subsequently, Lerche produced an anime television series that aired on Fuji Television, BS Fuji, and other networks from January 2015 to June 2016. A live-action film premiered in March 2015, followed by its sequel, Assassination Classroom: Graduation, in March 2016.
