“Girl Crush” is an engaging Japanese manga crafted and illustrated by Midori Tayama. It kicked off its serialization on the Line Manga platform, published by Shinchosha’s Comic Nicola imprint, in November 2020.
At its heart is Tenka Momose, a high school standout who’s mastered academics, sports, and social life—but romance remains her Achilles’ heel. Everything changes when she strikes up a friendship with the endearingly awkward Erian Satou, leading the duo to venture to South Korea and plunge into the vibrant K-pop scene.
