A fourth promotional trailer has been unveiled for the 3rd season of the Record of Ragnarok anime. The series is set to debut on Japanese TV broadcasts starting April 3, 2026. Meanwhile, the complete run of 15 episodes from season three became available for streaming on Netflix as of December 10, 2025.
This newest trailer highlights the season’s opening theme track, titled “Dead or Alive,” performed by the renowned Japanese rock group GLAY.
The anime unveiled 3 new cast members:
- Tsuguo Mogami as Adamas
- Shunsuke Takeuchi as Sakata Kintoki
- Kōsuke Toriumi as Siegfried
The ending theme “Last breath, Last record” is performed by Saori Hayami.

- Makoto Furukawa as Nikola Tesla

Official release date for Record of Ragnarok season 3!
Record of Ragnarok Season 3 anime will premiere on Netflix in December 10, 2025.
The anime adaptation premiered its first season on Netflix in June 2021. The follow-up, Record of Ragnarok II, launched with its initial batch of episodes in January 2023. The remaining episodes (11 to 15) of the second season were released in July 2023, continuing exclusively on Netflix.
Record of Ragnarok is a Japanese manga series created by writers Shinya Umemura and Takumi Fukui, with illustrations by Azychika. The story centers on a high-stakes combat tournament where legendary figures from human history battle gods from different mythologies to determine humanity’s survival. The series debuted in Monthly Comic Zenon, a seinen manga magazine by Coamix, in November 2017. Viz Media acquired the North American licensing rights in June 2021.
