Sanda, the new anime‘s official website unveiled the preview images and synopsis for the series’ up and coming 5th episode.
Synopsis for the episode is as following:
“For Santa, children should be protected. For this reason, Mita decides not to fall in love anymore, and tries to tell her about it to her fiancé, Fue Kazao, who has decided by the government, but due to the influence of the typhoon, it is not transmitted well, and on the contrary, she is drawn to the charm of Niko. The next day, a new lecturer is assigned to the school, but it is Yanagikuta, a member of the special investigation team in Akagoromo.”
Sanda anime’s episode 5 will go live on November 1, 2025.
Created by Paru Itagaki, Sanda is a captivating Japanese manga that she both wrote and drew. The series ran in the pages of Weekly Shōnen Champion, Akita Shoten’s popular boys’ magazine, starting in July 2021 and wrapping up in July 2024; all the installments were later compiled into 16 handy tankōbon books.
Set in a near-future Japan grappling with a sharp drop in birth rates, the narrative follows Kazushige Sanda, who gets an astonishing revelation from his classmate Shiori Fuyumura: he’s a direct heir to Santa Claus. The duo then sets off on a quest to track down Shiori’s vanished schoolmate, Ichie Ono.
