On Thursday, Bandai Namco Filmworks revealed plans to adapt Yu Chiba’s Kindergarten WARS manga into a television anime series.
The creator shared an announcement visual on his official X account.
Stars of the anime include:
- Atsumi Tanezaki as Rita
- Kentarō Kumagai as Doug
Kindergarten Wars is a Japanese online manga series created and drawn by You Chiba. It kicked off its run on Shueisha’s Shōnen Jump+ digital platform and site in September 2022. As of August 2025, the story’s installments have been bundled into 15 tankōbon collected editions.
