Wistoria: Sword and Sorcery is a Japanese manga crafted by writer Fujino ลmori and artist Toshi Aoi. It debuted in Kodanshaโs Bessatsu Shลnen Magazine in December 2020, with its chapters compiled into 13 tankลbon volumes by July 2025. An anime adaptation, brought to life by Actas and Bandai Namco Pictures, aired from July to September 2024.
The story centers on a young man with no apparent magical aptitude, striving to rise through the ranks of a prestigious magical academy in a realm where sorcery reigns supreme. Armed solely with his exceptional swordsmanship, he aims to reconnect with his childhood friend, a gifted magical prodigy.
