Kadokawa revealed on Friday that the Tomb Raider King webtoon—created by artist 3B2S, storywriter Yuns (REDICE STUDIO), original creator SAN.G, and character designer P-crush—will be adapted into a Korean animated series.
The animation is scheduled to broadcast in Japan beginning in July, featuring a Japanese-language dub on Fuji TV and Kansai TV. In Japan, the series will be released under the title Tōkutsuō.

Tomb Raider King is a South Korean web novel authored by Sanji Jiksong. The series began its run on KakaoPage, Kakao’s digital platform for comics and fiction, on November 1, 2016.
The story later received a webtoon adaptation, which premiered on KakaoPage on June 30, 2019. The first season of the webtoon wrapped up on January 30, 2023, and was followed by a second season released between February and March 2023.At Anime Expo 2022, Yen Press revealed that it had acquired the English-language license for the manhwa through its Ize Press label. As of August 2024, Redice Studio has compiled and released the series’ chapters into twelve collected volumes.
