To Your Eternity Season 3 Goes On A 3-Week Hiatus Due To Olympics 2026

To Your Eternity anime‘s official website unveiled on Friday that the 3rd season takes a 3-week long hiatus due to Olympics 2026 event.

The anime also unveiled a new key visual.

To Your Eternity is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshitoki ลŒima. It ran in Kodanshaโ€™s shลnen manga magazine Weekly Shลnen Magazine starting in November 2016 and concluding in June 2025, with its chapters compiled into 25 tankลbon volumes. The narrative centers on an eternal entity named Fushi, capable of assuming various shapes and harnessing the innate powers of each form at willโ€”such as those of a forsaken boy with white hair and his loyal white wolfโ€”as it grows and matures by discovering the essence of humanity across vast spans of time.

Drawing from the profound loss of her grandmother, ลŒima sought to explore themes of endurance and resilience through Fushi, who begins as a blank, unfeeling orb of stone and slowly acquires identity and emotions via connections with people. Unlike her earlier series, A Silent Voice, this work shifts emphasis away from the charactersโ€™ histories and toward the possibilities that lie ahead.

In North America, Kodansha USA holds the license for both digital and physical English editions of the manga. The story received an anime TV adaptation, with the initial season crafted by Brainโ€™s Base and broadcast on Japanโ€™s NHK Educational TV from April through August 2021; the follow-up season, helmed by Drive, ran from October 2022 until March 2023.
