The Darwin Incident, the up and coming anime‘s official website unveiled the official trailer for the series along with a new key visual.

“The Darwin Incident” is a Japanese manga series created and illustrated by Shun Umezawa [ja]. The story has been running in Kodansha’s seinen publication Monthly Afternoon starting from June 2020. A TV anime adaptation, brought to life by Bellnox Films, is scheduled to launch in January 2026.
As of May 2024, the manga series had surpassed 1.6 million copies in circulation. During 2022, “The Darwin Incident” claimed victory at the 15th Manga Taishō and earned the Excellence Award from the 25th Japan Media Arts Festival.
