Sakamoto Days anime’s official website has just unveiled the preview and synopsis for the 2nd part’s upcoming episode 8.
Synopsis for the episode is as following:
“The Sakamotos in the JCC transfer exam. In the primary exam, ORDER and examiner’s film director, Kyoto, ran out of control and destroyed the plane. Sakamoto and others were thrown out in the sky, but the two-dimensional test that was decided suddenly also safely broke through due to the success of the crystal. Three new members of the recommended group, Kae, Toramaru, and Soft-Jew, joined in the disturbing air, and the tertiary exam began. Toramaru, who deified Sakamoto and so much pushes it to carry a handmade doll, confronts the Shins with an aggressive attitude from the beginning!”

Sakamoto Days part 2 episode 9 anime will be released on September 2, 2025.
SAKAMOTO DAYS, a Japanese manga crafted by writer and artist Yuto Suzuki, has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump since November 2020. As of June 2025, its chapters have been compiled into 22 tankōbon volumes. The series is also available in English through Viz Media and the Manga Plus platform.
