The Japanese publishing giant Kadokawa unveiled that the anime adaptation of Enju’s Kusunoki’s Garden of Gods’ light-novel will premiere in 2026.
The anime also unveiled a teaser visual:

Kusunoki’s Garden of Gods is a Japanese light novel series written by Enju and illustrated by ox. It debuted on the user-generated novel platform Shōsetsuka ni Narō in April 2021. Subsequently, ASCII Media Works acquired the series, publishing it under their Dengeki no Shin Bungei imprint starting in November 2021. A manga adaptation, illustrated by Akira Anzai, began serialization on Kadokawa’s ComicWalker platform in November 2021.
J-Novel Club handles the English publication of the Kusunoki’s Garden of Gods light novels, with the third volume released on May 20.
The story is officially portrayed as following:
“Deep in the countryside, Minato Kusunoki is left in charge of a terrifying house overflowing with evil spirits—or at least, it was full until his extraordinary ability cleared them all out! Instead, a procession of unique and peculiar gods is drawn to the comfort of the purified Kusunoki residence, and Minato spends his days relaxing in the company of his spiritual neighbors. What else lies in store for Minato as he lives peacefully surrounded by gods?“
