Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku anime‘s official website unveiled the preview and synopsis for the 2nd season’s up and coming episode 4.
Synopsis for the episode is as following:
“Yamada Asaemon Shugen, Toka, Kiyomaru, and Irin head to the land of immortals with the ninjas of the Ishigakure clan. Sagiri has high hopes for the additional landing group, saying, “Shugen will surely become an ally,” but the Shugen that Shien knows is different…”
The ending theme “Personal” is performed by QUEEN BEE.

Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku is a gripping Japanese manga crafted by writer and artist Yuji Kaku. Launched in January 2018, it ran on Shueisha’s Shōnen Jump+ digital platform, captivating readers with free weekly chapters until its conclusion in January 2021. The series spans 13 tankōbon volumes, with simultaneous English releases on Shueisha’s Manga Plus and licensed by Viz Media for digital and physical distribution in North America.
Set against the gritty backdrop of Japan’s Edo period, the story trails Gabimaru, a feared ninja assassin, and Yamada Asaemon Sagiri, a skilled executioner, as they embark on a perilous quest for the mythical Elixir of Life on a treacherous island.
The manga’s intense narrative was brought to life in a 13-episode anime adaptation, simply titled Hell’s Paradise, by studio MAPPA. It aired from April to July 2023, earning praise for its vivid animation and faithful storytelling.
