A brand-new Girls Band Cry anime film is officially in the works, and a promotional image featuring the protagonist, Nina Iseri, was also unveiled.
The release date has yet to be confirmed.

Girls Band Cry is an original Japanese anime TV series crafted by Toei Animation, centered around a vibrant multimedia project launched in 2023 alongside Agehasprings [ja] and Universal Music Japan, with a strong emphasis on music. The show aired from April to June 2024, captivating audiences with its dynamic storytelling. A mobile game is currently in the works, and a thrilling action-platformer game for Windows, Momowasho, inspired by the series, is set to launch on September 28, 2025.
