The TV anime adaptation of Hifumi‘s light novel series The Eternal Fool’s Words of Wisdom: A Pawsitively Fantastic Adventure has officially been greenlit.
As of now, no details have surfaced regarding the premiere window, animation studio, director, scriptwriter, voice actors, or other key staff members.

To mark the exciting reveal, a captivating teaser visual was unveiled, spotlighting the central duo: the immortal sorcerer Asley and his steadfast, sharp-tongued familiar Pochi.
The Eternal Fool’s Words of Wisdom: A Pawsitively Fantastic Adventure is a Japanese light novel series penned by Hifumi and brought to life with illustrations by Kurihito Mutō.
The story first appeared online from January 2015 through September 2019 on the popular user-generated platform Shōsetsuka ni Narō. It was later picked up by Earth Star Entertainment, which released a total of fourteen volumes under their Earth Star Novel label between September 2015 and December 2019.
A manga adaptation, illustrated by Fuh Araki, began serialization in April 2017 on Earth Star Entertainment‘s Comic Earth Star website and has since been compiled into twelve tankōbon volumes.
An anime television series based on the light novel has officially been announced.
