Gachiakuta, the ongoing anime’s official website has just unveiled the preview images and synopsis for the upcoming episode 18.
Synopsis for the episode is as following:
“Riyo has been swept away by trash to battle with the Raider Noerde. Noerde is a powerful opponent who uses her vital instrument, a comb called Mirei, to transform her own hair into a weapon. Riyo tries to cut the Raider’s hair with her scissors, but the warrior uses her locks to skillfully dodge the blades and then unleashes a fierce assault in masterful hair-to-hand combat. Gradually cornered, Riyo attempts an illicit counterattack.”
The new opening theme “LET’S JUST CRASH”is performed by Mori Calliope!
The new ending theme “BAN” is performed by karanoah!
Gachiakuta episode 18 will be released on November 9, 2025.
Gachiakuta anime premiered on July 6, 2025 on CBC, TBS, and 26 different channels.

Gachiakuta is a Japanese manga series created by Kei Urana. It started serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in February 2022. As of June 2025, the series has been compiled into 15 tankōbon volumes, collecting its serialized chapters.
