Dandadan anime‘s official website has just unveiled the preview images and synopsis of the 2nd season’s upcoming 8th episode.
Synopsis for the episode:
“In order to train, Ocalun and Ira decided to fight against classical composers who were hiding in the school’s music room. Ocalun is unable to avoid the attacks of composers who fly note bombs against Ira, who gradually grabs the tips. To such ocal, Turbo Babaa advises to move the body with a sense of rhythm. ”
Dandadan season 2 episode 8 will be released on August 22, 2025.
Dandadan season 2 anime premiered on July 4.
Opening theme song “On The Way” is performed by AiNA THE END, the ending theme “Doukashiteru” is performed by WurtS.

Dandadan is a supernatural action manga created by Yukinobu Tatsu. The series launched on Shueisha’s Shōnen Jump+ digital platform in April 2021 and, as of July 2025, has been compiled into 20 collected volumes. The story centers on a pair of high school students who, after encountering otherworldly forces, gain strange powers and join forces to battle against bizarre creatures ranging from yōkai to extraterrestrials—often with the help of a growing circle of equally unusual allies.
