Vinland Saga season 2 anime has introduced a brand new Thorfinn, and we are not used to see him like this. In season 1 we saw a noisy, Thorfinn filled with rage and now at the ongoing season Thorfinn is quite and indifferent where he shows no reaction at all.

Episode 3 of the Vinland Saga season 2 anime titled “Snake” went live earlier, and one of the most shocking moment happened at the near ending of the episode. We saw Ketil’s bodyguards manipulate Olmar into killing Elnar or Thorfinn as they are Ketil’s slaves, and Elnar was quick to react while he jumped into Olmar and tried to stop him.

The fight continued and Elnar was trying to make Thorfinn run away so he can tell what the bodyguards are trying to do, however Thorfinn didn’t react at all and he even made him self the target while telling the bodyguards to stop the fight and to make Olmar kill him actually.

Thorfinn was so sure of him self, and with self-confidence told them to kill him, Fox who is one of the bodyguards was provoked by this and he tried testing Thorfinn by hitting (cutting) him with his sword, and we saw Thorfinn not budging an inch which has shocked everyone.

There it was where the head of the bodyguards Snake arrives at the scene, and he is fascinated by Thorfinn as he isn’t used of seeing someone like him who wouldn’t be scared and move at all after all the hits. Fox cuts Thorfinn’s ear, and he still doesn’t react, after seeing this Snake interacts and stops this thing.
