Vinland Saga anime which is based on Makoto Yukimura‘s historical manga with the same name is an anime series which is filled with historical events, perfect action scenes, also a lot of political movements.

The series started with the youthful Thorfinn Karlsefni where he was a just a regular child and after some violent events that happened to his father Thors Snorresson, the regular child almost disappeared and a new one came whose only objective is to kill the guy who is responsible for his father’s death.

The anime reached us with 20 episodes and the latest episode is titled “Crown” and debuted on December, 1st.

The following episode is titled “Reunion” and the site of the anime also released a short synopsis for the episode:

“In order to attend the meeting, the Canute will enter the city of York, north of England.
Canute want to strike out against Sven, but the king is closely guarded by the strongest Yomi warrior team in the North Sea, and is watching the trend of his son. In an instant situation, Askeladd makes a plan.
On the other hand, Thorfinn who entered the port reunites with a person who knew himself.”

The manga arrangement is distributed by Kodansha, and was first serialized in the youth-focused on Weekly Shōnen Magazine before moving to the month to month manga magazine Afternoon, went for more youthful grown-up men.
