Yuki Shiwasu the creator of Takane & Hana manga posted on his official Twitter account alongside the manga’s New Year’s welcome picture that the manga is in its last arc. Shiwasu started serializing the progressing manga in Hakusensha’s Hana to Yume magazine in December 2014 after first appearing the title as a short.
Viz Media authorized the manga in August 2017 and distributed the twelfth volume on December 3.
