Solo Leveling Next Arc

The next installment of Solo Leveling has brought Sung Jinwoo to a new phase of his development, and the series’ recent episode is preparing us for the main body of the Dungeons & Prisoners arc.

The first few episodes of Solo Leveling’s anime have focused on Jinwoo’s harsh world of Hunters, and it has been made clear that each Hunter has the potential to be just as dangerous as the monsters found in the dungeons. But it’s time for the anime to begin a new arc as it shows Jinwoo’s strength increasing even more.

With the most recent episode of the series, Solo Leveling’s anime began with the first few parts of the Dungeons & Prisoners arc; however, the episode’s conclusion also marked the beginning of the next major plot point. Jinwoo has gained a new objective after defeating an incredibly powerful monster. The Demon’s Castle dungeon contains the formula for the Elixir of Life, a concoction that Jinwoo believes may cure his mother of the disease he has been fighting to support for the entire time.

In the seventh episode of Solo Leveling, Jinwoo faces up against Cerberus, the Hell’s Gatekeeper, in a recently opened S-Rank Dungeon. After being pushed to his absolute limit by this monster and seeing how much more he still needs to learn, Jinwoo now has a clear objective for the future. Jinwoo realized that it would be too early to confront this actual dungeon because the gatekeeper had already caused him far too much grief, even though defeating this monster had given him the key to the Demon’s Castle.

However, he must quickly conquer the Demon’s Castle since it has the three components he needed to make the Elixir of Life, the concoction he needs to save his mother. Jinwoo is worried about more than just this, though, as he is ready to embark on a brand-new storyline that will see him cross paths with characters from his past before stirring up even more problems in the upcoming episodes after a recap break.

“It’s been over a decade since the sudden appearance of the “gates”—the paths that connect our world with a different dimension. Since then, certain humans have awakened to supernatural powers. We call these individuals “hunters.” Hunters make their living by using their powers to conquer dungeons inside the gates. In this world of tough customers, the low-ranked hunter Jinwoo Sung is known as “the weakest hunter of all mankind.” One day, Jinwoo gets fatally injured when he runs into high-rank double dungeons hidden within a low-rank dungeon. Just then, a mysterious quest window appears in front of him. On the verge of death, Jinwoo decides to accept the quest and starts leveling up… while the others aren’t.”
