The anime arrangement is authorized in North America by Viz Media, and debuted in the United States on Adult Swim’s Toonami block in June 2016. The subsequent season debuted in October 2019.

As of June 2012, the first webcomic outperformed 7.9 million hits. As of April 2020, the manga’s remake version had sold more than 30 million duplicates.
