Saitama and Tatsumaki’s highly awaited fight has finally begun in One-Punch Man, and as a result of their superpowered clash, the latest episode of the series has unveiled a new side of the Terrible Tornado.
It appears that psychics will be a key focus going forward given a new group disturbing the peace. The manga is currently investigating how the Hero Association’s status quo has evolved since all of the battles against the Monster Association. Due to this, Tatsumaki and her sister Fubuki are even more crucial to what happens next.
In addition to revealing that the psychic organization Tsukuyomi is beginning to move now that the Hero Association has been weakened by all of the changes taking place, the previous chapters of the series also sparked a conflict between Saitama and Tatsumaki because he wanted to stop her from using her ferocious power to destroy the new Hero Association base. But as the conflict goes on, Tatsumaki seems almost relieved that she is up against someone strong enough to defeat her.

One-Punch Man manga’s most recent chapter which is the 177th one begins shortly after Saitama successfully drags Tatsumaki from the Hero Association headquarters. Despite her best efforts, however, he refuses to leave the premises. Tatsumaki then increases her power because she knows Saitama can withstand it and uses her skills to create a complete tornado. Saitama is able to dodge anything she throws his way, so this doesn’t bother him at all, and she simply keeps becoming stronger.
Tatsumaki starts to smile as the story comes to a close and says that she can’t authoriz” her sister to someone she thinks is slow and weak. It’s evident that she’s enjoying fighting against someone who can truly push her, like Saitama, and that her attitude has changed from when she first entered the fight. The two might be developing an odd interest at the same moment. Saitama, though, naturally just wants to finish it and go home.
