The One Piece Stampede anime movie chief Takashi Otsuka posted on Twitter that he making the most of Funimation‘s English dub of the film.
He shared his thoughts:
“I never thought that my last look at Stampede in the cinemas would be in Hawaii! I could see the respect that the English dub actors and director have for the original. It’s an amazing work. I’m so thankful to Funimation! I hope they put the English dub on the DVD. And the subtitles too! The liberal translation choices are really interesting.”
Sonny Strait who is the English voice entertainer of Usopp, remarked on Toei Animation’s tweet and included that “the main English dub cast was chosen by Oda himself.”
One Piece Stampede film denotes the twentieth commemoration of the anime motivated by Eiichiro Odaโs One Piece pirate manga. The film opened in Japan on August 9. The initial 3 million theatergoers have gotten a reward One Piece Comic โ Kan-Banpaku-manga.
