The current year’s twentieth issue of Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine uncovered on Wednesday that Rumiko Takahashi (Urusei Yatsura, Maison Ikkoku, Ranma 1/2, Inuyasha, RIN-NE) will dispatch the tentatively titled MAO manga arrangement in the 23rd issue on May 8.

The story of MAO manga is set in a “land where two universes cross,” and it focuses on “a weird sentiment between a kid and young lady who meet by destiny.”

Most as of late, Takahashi finished her RIN-NE manga in Weekly Shonen Sunday in December 2017. The 40th and last arranged volume of the manga dispatched in Japan in January 2018.

Takahashi got the Grand Prix d’Angoulême at the 46th Angoulême International Comics Festival in January. The honor qualifies Takahashi for be the marshal for the 2020 honors.
