Kaiju No. 8 franchise’s official Twitter account announced on Friday that the manga series is getting an anime adaptation.

Toho Animation’s official Youtube channel has unveiled a teaser trailer:

Kaiju No. 8, likewise referred to in English as Monster #8, is a Japanese manga series composed and showed by Naoya Matsumoto. It has been serialized free of charge on Shueisha’s Shōnen Jump+ application and site since July 2020, with its chapters gathered in seven tankōbon volumes as of July 2022.
Viz Media has authorized the series for English delivery in North America.

MANGA PLUS portrays the series:
