Yuji vs Sukuna

As Yuji Itadori‘s situation continues to worsen, Jujutsu Kaisen has entered a startling new stage in the Culling Game arc.

The most recent installment of the series has intensified this situation even further as he has begun his largest struggle to yet against Sukuna. In the most recent chapters of the story, Yuji and the others have had a lot of difficulty since, similar to the Shibuya Incident, Sukuna unexpectedly and inconveniently assumed possession of Yuji’s body. The moment Sukuna made his actual move for Megumi Fushiguro’s body, this dreadful new venture began.

Sukuna has taken over Megumi’s body in the most recent chapters of the story, carrying out his original plan to do so. He has now started to display a completely new level of power. Although it initially appeared as though Sukuna had given him all of his fighting ability, this has left Yuji with little alternatives for retaliation. Nevertheless, now that everything has been put to the test, none of that is a possibility. The only way Megumi can escape Sukuna’s grasp is through the hand-throwing that is currently going on between Yuji and Sukuna.

Jujutsu Kaisen manga’s most recent chapter which is the 214th one picks up immediately after Sukuna started attacking the others, and Yuji is furious because Hana Kurusu was just attacked at the close of the previous chapter. He starts hitting Sukuna right away and closes the distance between them so swiftly that it even surprises Sukuna. He continues to be amazed as the fight progresses by Yuji’s continued strength and speed despite not sharing power with Sukuna.

Sukuna observes that Megumi is in some way retaliating against Yuji as he continues to fight him from within his own body. He has been reducing the amount of cursed energy he releases in order to hinder Sukuna’s skills, and that might provide Yuji with the opportunity he needs to prolong the battle and liberate Megumi from Sukuna’s grip.
