The story of the Jujutsu Kaisen series follows high school student Yuji Itadori as he joins a mysterious association of Jujutsu Sorcerers to kill a strong Curse named Ryomen Sukuna, of whom Yuji turns into the host. Jujutsu Kaisen is a sequel of Akutami’s Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School, serialized in Shueisha’s Jump GIGA from April to July 2017, later gathered in a tankōbon volume, retroactively named as Jujutsu Kaisen 0, in December 2018.

Jujutsu Kaisen is authorized for English-language discharge in North America by Viz Media, who has been distributing the manga on paper since December 2019.
