Japanese dōjin engineer ZUN (author and sole individual from the Team Shanghai Alice dōjin game designer circle) declared another diversion for his Touhou Project arrangement on April 17.

The game is the seventeenth game in the primary arrangement and is titled Touhou Kikeijū: Wily Beast and Weakest Creature.

Touhou: Hidden Star in Four Seasons, the sixteenth and most recent principle portion in the Touhou Project arrangement, appeared at the Comiket 92 occasion in August 2017. ZUN’s Touhou Project Dai-16.5-Dan Hifū Nightmare Diary ~Violet Detector game propelled at the Comiket 94 occasion last August.

The Touhou Project otherwise called Toho Project or Project Shrine Maiden, is a series of Japanese bullet hell shooter video games created by the single-individual Team Shanghai Alice. Group Shanghai Alice’s sole part, ZUN, autonomously delivers the games’ illustrations, music, and programming.

Plots in the Touhou Project recreations rotate around the bizarre marvels happening in Gensokyo, a fictional realm possessed by people and yōkai, supernatural creatures. Preceding the occasions of the diversions, Gensokyo was closed from the outside world by a mystical hindrance. The primary hero of the arrangement is Reimu Hakurei, a sanctum lady who deals with the outskirt, battling adversarial yōkai. The initial five games were delivered for the Japanese NEC PC-9801 PC arrangement; shot hellfire mechanics were presented in the second game, Story of Eastern Wonderland. The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, discharged in August 2002, denoted a move to the Microsoft Windows stage, conveying the games to a bigger gathering of people. A few spin-offs pursued, including turn off battling games that wandered from the arrangement’s conventional mechanics.
