Yen Press is discharging the manga carefully, and it portrays the story:

At Kamome Academy, bits of gossip flourish about the school’s Seven Mysteries, one of which is Hanako-san. Said to possess the third slow down of the third floor young ladies’ restroom in the old school building, Hanako-san gives any desire when gathered. Nene Yashiro, a mysterious adoring secondary school young lady who longs for sentiment, wanders into this spooky bathroom…but the Hanako-san she meets there is not at all like she envisioned! Kamome Academy‘s Hanako-san…is a kid!

Aida released the manga in G Fantasy in 2014. Square Enix distributed the manga’s ninth ordered book volume last October, and will distribute the tenth volume on March 27. Yen Press distributed the ninth volume carefully on January 29.
