Hunter x Hunter these days the series still has a top-level reputation with readers, the new year will ring in in a matter of weeks, and it appears that Hunter x Hunter has no plans to return while 2019 is still around.
In the past, while working on the series, creator Yoshihiro Togashi took a lot of breaks. Once 2019 came, fans were hungry for new content, and since the year rolled in, no new chapters have been released.

For this most recent break, Togashi has missed 47 consecutive issues of Weekly Shonen Jump. Back in 2014, the artist began his longest break which stretched out over 80 issues. That means 80 weeks went by without a new chapter. With few issues left of Weekly Shonen Jump to go, fans fear Hunter x Hunter will keep away for all of 2019.
The arrangement is a Japanese manga arrangement composed and represented by Yoshihiro Togashi. It has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine since March 16, 1998, in spite of the fact that the manga has as often as possible gone on expanded breaks since 2006. As of October 2018, 380 chapters have been gathered into 36 volumes by Shueisha.
