The first of the pivotal final battles for the Culling Game arc has begun in Jujutsu Kaisen, and the most recent chapter of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga reveals Satoru Gojo’s unexpected benefit from Sukuna’s present form.

Megumi Fushiguro has suffered significant losses throughout the Culling Game chapter of Gege Akutami’s Jujutsu Kaisen manga because after failing to save his sister Tsumiki from the clutches of the deadly competition, his body was later taken over by Sukuna. However, because Gojo is once again at the heart of the action in the newest chapters, things have begun to turn around.

As Gojo made his first move against Sukuna in the previous chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen, the first of the final battles for the Culling Game has begun. Additionally, the most recent chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen has revealed the first actual moments of combat between the strongest sorcerer of the present and the King of Curses from the past. Gojo claims that despite the fact that Sukuna may have seized control of Megumi’s body to prevent him from fighting at his best, he will have no trouble defeating Megumi due to a startling advantage. He has no trouble pushing someone who resembles Toji Fushiguro.

The King of Curses adds that despite first being caught off guard, Sukuna is still sure that he can easily overcome Gojo. Gojo then inquires as to Sukuna’s motivation for donning Megumi’s face, but Gojo responds by saying he went through specific training for this bout.

Because of how much that face makes him think of Toji Fushiguro, he won’t think twice about assaulting Megumi in the future. Because Sukuna has already died and taken Yuji with him, Gojo will be able to concentrate on defeating Sukuna first and worry about Megumi later. Gojo has previously felt what it was like, so he won’t hold back out of concern that another kid will pass away in front of him.

Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 anime will premiere on July 6, 2023. Shōta Goshozono takes Sunghoo Park’s place as the new director.

Jujutsu Kaisen manga’s chapter 224 was released on May 28, 2023.

Jujutsu Kaisen manga’s chapter 225 will be released on June 5, 2023.

Jujutsu Kaisen season anime’s opening theme “Ao no Sumika” (Blue House) is performed by Tatsuya Kitani, ending theme “Akari” (Lantern) is performed by Soushi Sakiyama. 

The new cast members of the anime includes Anna Nagase as Riko Amanai, and Takehito Koyasu as Toji Fushiguro.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 anime will premiere on July 2023.

Jujutsu Kaisen anime’s 2nd season will have two cours for a constant half-year run. The new anime season will adapt both the “Kaigyoku/Gyokusetsu” arc and the “Shibuya Incident” arc.

Jujutsu Kaisen is a Japanese manga series composed and delineated by Gege Akutami. The series has been serialized in Shueisha’s shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump since March 2018, with its chapters gathered and distributed in nineteen tankōbon volumes as of April 2022.

The story of the Jujutsu Kaisen series follows high school student Yuji Itadori as he joins a mysterious association of Jujutsu Sorcerers to kill a strong Curse named Ryomen Sukuna, of whom Yuji turns into the host. Jujutsu Kaisen is a sequel of Akutami’s Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School, serialized in Shueisha’s Jump GIGA from April to July 2017, later gathered in a tankōbon volume, retroactively named as Jujutsu Kaisen 0, in December 2018.

Jujutsu Kaisen is authorized for English-language discharge in North America by Viz Media, who has been distributing the manga on paper since December 2019. The Japanese publishing Shueisha distributes the series in English on the Manga Plus web-based stage. Two novels, composed by Ballad Kitaguni, were distributed in May 2019 and January 2020, separately. A 24-episode anime TV series by animation studio MAPPA broadcasted on MBS from October 2020 to March 2021.

The anime is authorized by Crunchyroll for spilling beyond Asia, who debuted the English dubbed version in November 2020. The first soundtrack of the anime was delivered in April 2021.

Jujutsu Kaisen 0 prequel anime film premiered on December 24, 2021.
