The official site for Makoto Shinkai‘s new anime movie Weathering With You 2nd teaser trailer has been released.
Weathering With You is an upcoming Japanese animated movie composed and coordinated by Makoto Shinkai and delivered by CoMix Wave Films, following the 2016 movie Your Name.
The movie will open in Japan on July 19. Shinkai affirmed that the movie will get an overall discharge, and discharges have just been chosen for North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.
The Weathering With You movie’s official description is:
“High school student Hodaka Morishima leaves his home on an isolated island and moves to Tokyo, but he immediately becomes broke. He lives his days in isolation, but finally finds a job as a writer for a shady occult magazine. After he starts his job, the weather has been rainy day after day. In a corner of the crowded and busy city, Hodaka meets a young girl named Hina Amano. Due to certain circumstances, Hina and her younger brother live together but have a cheerful and sturdy life. Hina also has a certain power: the power to stop the rain and clear the sky.”
Shinkai is credited with the first work and is additionally coordinating and composing the movie’s contents for CoMix Wave Films. Masayoshi Tanaka (your name., anohana, The Anthem of the Heart) is planning the characters, Atsushi Tamura is the liveliness chief, and Hiroshi Takiguchi is the workmanship executive. STORY inc. is credited as a maker, and TOHO will circulate the movie. The music is played by RADWIMPS, and the job of Takahiro Toru is played by Toshihiro Tora and the job of Hina Amano is played by Morina Nana.
