Food Wars! Season 5 Anime Unveils New Cast Member

The Japanese publishing company Shueisha announced on their Weekly Shonen Jump magazine’s 39th issue that Yuko Kaida will join the cast of Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: The Fifth Plate, the fifth season of the Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma anime, as Sōma Yukihira’s mom Tamako Yukihira.

The magazine likewise affirmed that Maaya Sakamoto voices the character Mana Nakiri, in spite of the fact that the character has just showed up in the show.
