Recently, Kinnikuman franchise opened a new Twitter account that shared an announcement which confirms the franchise is getting a new anime.
The new Kinnikuman anime celebrates the series’ 40th year anniversary.

Kinnikuman is a manga arrangement made by the team Yoshinori Nakai and Takashi Shimada, known as Yudetamago. It pursues Suguru Kinniku, a superhuman who must win a wrestling competition to hold the title of sovereign of Planet Kinniku. Nakai and Takashi arranged the arrangement when they were going to secondary school initially as a satire to Ultraman.
The manga was initially distributed in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1979 to 1987, and was first adjusted by Toei Animation into a 137-scene anime arrangement communicate on Nippon Television from 1983 to 1986.
