Fire Force animes official website has released a short summary for the 3rd episode of the series, also the episode 3 had to air last week on Friday 07/19/2019 in Japanese programming block.
But It has been officially announced that the third episode won’t be broadcasted because of the tragic incident that occurred in “Kyoto Animation Studio 1” leaving 33 people killed and 36 harmed on Thursday 07/18/2019 10:30 local time (01:35 GMT).

“Newsman firefighter rally meet” where newcomers of all special fire brigade compete for skills. Shinra, who has participated as a newcomer to the “eighth,” secretly looked at a person who holds the key to the facts of the fire twelve years ago, but he said, “the first” I was caught in the rookie, Tamaki’s “lucky stink” and at the start of the competition. “Fire Force is a Japanese shōnen manga arrangement composed and delineated by Atsushi Ōkubo. It is distributed by Kodansha and has been serialized in the Weekly Shōnen Magazine since September 23, 2015, with the parts gathered into seventeen tankōbon volumes starting at July 2019.

Kodansha Comics distributes the manga in English, and it portrays the story:
