Square Enix’s Monthly Shonen Gangan magazine’s November Issue requested that fans anticipate a “Part 2” for Karuna Kujō’s Do Aphorism manga. Monthly Shonen Gangan’s October issue had expressed a month ago that the manga would have its last section in the November issue.
However, what the November issue distributed on Saturday was the last section in the manga’s “Part 1.5” as indicated by Kujō’s remark in the magazine.
The manga is a new series following from Kujō’s Aphorism manga. Like the original manga, the new series centers on Naraka High School, a school that only admits students who can see an island in the sky. While it is allegedly a prestige school where graduates are guaranteed to get excellent government jobs, the students are forced to fight for survival in order to graduate. The new fundamental character is Hiroshi, a 15-year-old kid who can see the island in the sky. He and his companions enter the school as a trial by fire however only he returns.
