One of the scariest demons yet was introduced to the anime in Demon Slayer Season 3, and now a spooky good cosplay is reminding viewers of just how awful the Upper One Kokushibo really is.
The remaining members of Muzan Kibutsuji’s Upper Ranks were revealed earlier this spring, kicking off the Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc. In order to actually forward his huge plan for the future, Muzan gathered the remaining members after Gyutaro was defeated during the events of the Entertainment District Arc in Demon Slayer Season 2. He then pushed them onto the field.
The true nature of Muzan’s desires from his Upper Ranks and his ultimate strategy against the Demon Slayers remain unknown, but it has become abundantly evident how dangerous each of these formidable new demons actually is. This includes a teasing about Kokushibo, the top-ranking demon in the food chain, who has such a startling appearance that artist @yaizaperezs makes it look incredibly terrifying through some great cosplay on TikTok.
