The popular anime Demon Slayer made a big-season debut promise to its audience this year, and it has delivered on that promise. The Swordsmith Village has been actively being defended by Tanjiro and his new companions from two of Muzan’s fighters, and fans this week got a close-up look at the Love Hashira engaged in combat, and it was there that the anime displayed one of its best ships.
Mitsuri and Obanai, the Snake Hashira, are involved in some sort of smoldering conflict, according to Demon Slayer. Within the Demon Slayer Corps, The Love Hashira is well-liked, and everyone from Rengoku to Tengen thought of her as their younger sister. Most people saw Mitsuri as a ray of light in their often gloomy surroundings, and Obanai in particular.
This recent episode of Demon Slayer includes a flashback that demonstrates how close the two are.
When returning from missions, Mitsuri and Obanai frequently share meals together. It was at this meal when the Snake Hashira presented his companion with a gift. He is the one who discovered the green striped socks that Mitsuri is sporting; the two make for lovely gift-exchanging partners. Obanai is too shy to even look at his pal, but Mitsuri cheerfully overshadows the awkwardness.
Demon Slayer season 3 final episode is titled “The bond that connects, who is he when it’s dawn”, and the synopsis is as following:
“Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genya chase Hantengu’s main body while Mitsuri is holding back Haten. The three of them work together to find the hidden wooden ball of Hantengu, but the inside is empty. Tanjiro and the others chase Hantengu, who has run away again. Genya, out of numbness, throws a tree at the fleeing Hantengu, and Nezuko jumps at him!”
